Your account
Your account is one account key made in your browser. Anyone holding the key can use the account, so store it safely. We keep only a scrambled copy, which is why we can never show the key again.
Plans
Each plan is a single payment for a fixed amount of traffic, a number of IP addresses for 30 days, a number of days without a traffic limit, or a VPN term. A plan starts when it is set up in your account. Traffic in residential and mobile packs does not expire; other plans end on the date shown in your account.
Fair and lawful use
Use ProxyVPN for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the websites and services you reach through it. Plans may be stopped without refund when they are used for fraud, spam, attacks on other systems, access to material that exploits people, or any activity that is unlawful where you or the target are located.
Payments and credit
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment window at the exact amount shown. Credit on your account can pay for future plans and is not paid out in cash.
Service
We work to keep every gateway, IP and VPN server available around the clock. When a plan cannot be delivered as described, we replace it or return its value as credit under the refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and our prices. Plans you already bought keep the terms and price they were bought with.
