When a plan cannot be set up
If a paid plan cannot be set up, the full payment stays on your account as credit. You can buy any other plan with it right away.
When a plan does not work as described
If the gateway, the IPs or the VPN of a plan do not work as described in the first 48 hours after setup and the problem cannot be fixed, the unused share of the plan comes back to you as credit.
Used traffic and finished plans
Used gigabytes, days and VPN months are part of the service you received and are not returned. Unused traffic in residential and mobile packs never expires, so it stays yours to use later.
Payment amounts
Please pay the exact amount shown in the payment window. A different amount is checked by hand and added to your account as credit.
