Privacy policy

ProxyVPN is built to need very little data about you. The account is a key, not an email address, and the VPN keeps no activity logs.

What we keep

To run the account we keep: a scrambled copy of your account key, your account code, the network address used at sign-up (to limit abuse), your plans with their logins and end dates, your payments and credit history, and a hash of your API key if you create one.

What we never keep

The VPN keeps no record of the sites you visit, the contents of your traffic or the DNS names you look up. Proxy gateways count traffic per login for billing and keep no page contents.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and a short cookie that links a payment to the plan you chose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments

Payments go through our crypto payment window. It sees the payment amount, coin, network and transaction id, and never asks for your name or card details.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the account settings once the credit is used and no plan is active. Payment records are kept as accounting records without the sign-in data.
